Susan Groot Following her retirement from a career in education in Toronto, Susan moved to Grafton, Ontario with her husband Tom, in 2008. Susan values her memberships in the Friday Morning Art Group (Port Hope), Cobourg Art Club, Pine Ridge Art Association and Spirit of the Hills;  she feels privileged to continue her arts education inspired by so many talented colleagues. Susan has exhibited her work in art club shows and sales throughtout Northumberland County. Some of her portraits and life drawings can be found in private collections in Ontario and British Columbia. Susan uses different paint media, graphite and pen and ink for her human and animal portraiture, life drawings and still life.
